Get Involved With the RHOA!

There are many ways to volunteer with the Reservation HOA! From Christmas decorating and the 4th of July Parade to welcoming new neighbors or helping maintain neighborhood integrity, there is a committee that needs your help!

Reservation Mom's Club

If you have children ages 5 and under and would like to connect with other Moms in the neighborhood for play dates and to meet other moms in your life stage, please contact Erin Thomas at erin.thomas@me.com.

We have play dates scheduled in the neighborhood several times each month, so make sure to get on the email list! Contact Erin with any questions!

Our Committees

Our goal is to have two Co-Chairs and a team of volunteers for each committee. If you would like to serve as a Co-Chair or if you simply want to volunteer, please contact the appropriate person listed under each committee.

Civic Committee

Chair: Bill McCalpin

Co-chairs for the Civic Committee are responsible for periodically attending Richardson City Council meetings and reporting noteworthy city-wide events and news to the Board. Volunteers for this committee are primarily responsible for ensuring neighbors are abiding by code-enforcement laws and report any violations to the city of Richardson.

Welcome Committee

Chair: Peggy Spencer

Greet new residents, make them feel welcome by connecting them with other neighbors on their block and helping them get involved with the RHOA. This committee will also assist with creating a new neighborhood directory.

Communications Committee

Responsible for communicating with the RHOA via email, quarterly newsletters, and through the website. Works with all committees to report neighborhood news and events.

Help coordinate other events like Christmas decorating and Annual Spring Garage Sale.

Oversee and coordinate events for the Reservation Connection.

Environmental Committee

Heads up the beautification effort and Capital Improvements in the Reservation. Also responsible for nominations and publicity for the Yard of the Month award, which is handled by Heather Wheat.
